Welcome to General Anesthesia Services, Inc.
As a physician corporation, GAS was founded to serve Charleston, and the greater tri-state area, with the most up-to-date procedures and skillful physicians available. Since incorporation in 1981, GAS has grown to meet the needs of Charleston Area Medical Center's flagship services, as well as provide specialty care at other area hospitals, including Charleston Surgical Hospital. Ambulatory services are also provided at the CAMC's Surgicare center, the CAMC Endoscopy Center, the Ambulatory Surgical Center at General Hospital, and CAMC's Plastic Surgery Center. We proudly maintain academic affiliations with WVU's Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center and CAMC's School of Nurse Anesthesia. Our physicians are continually upgrading their skills through training, teaching, and experience.
